Matrix Is Effectively Dead

A.K.A “Practically-exploitable Cryptographic Vulnerabilities in Matrix”. It’s a shame since I thought it was a good E2EE chat app, but turns out there are very good reasons why Signal sticks with a simple (and frustrating to use) protocol: getting complex leads to logic errors.
